| In this paper the cinda insurance company document management the work practice, the design and development of a management system for insurance company documents, system covering the insurance company business document management in all aspects of the work, the business processes involved in all types of business documents printed, custody, receive, use, transfer, cancellation, archiving, destruction and other aspects of management.This system adopts client/server (B/S) application system architecture. The client user interface using MVC mode to realize the complex operation logic, client and server using between the plug means access to SOA service bus to a respective communication. SOA technology can demand through the network of loosely coupled coarse-grained application components distributed deployment, composition and use. Service layer is the basis of SOA, can be applied directly to call, so as to effectively control system and software agent interaction artificial dependence. Service layer and database layer uses ORM technology, to achieve the two-dimensional database table object encapsulation.Based on the above technology, complete document management system design and implementation work. The document the function of the system is divided into seven modules:basic settings and general ledger, printing factory settings, registration, storage, printing version of institutions, business settings, have no document management and document management.
