Laser triangulation measurement is one of the main methods in the laser noncontact measurement such as length and displacement.Compared to any other photoelectric sensor ,the position sensitive detector PSD is quick in response speed,high precision.One of the most important merit of PSD is that:the position output of PSD only relate to the barycenter of the facula but not size.This paper first introduces the study's origin and background as well as the goal and significance of the system,analyses the newest literature from domestic and overseas, conducts a research on work principle of PSD and laser trigangulation., proposes the functions that the system should realize,and achieves the circuit and software for the displacement measurement system based on PSD.Because of that the measurement in displacement used PSD is belong to weak signal measurement, In the signal program of displacement,we insure the stability of system and the veracity of the date by using dula H-2476 circuit models and the method such as sampling and holding,faint electric current preamplification, which is the base of the experimental research.
