With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,elevator has become one of mostinseparable transport of people’s daily life are, at the same itme, higher requirements on theelevator performance, comfort and reliability has been put forward. The development andupgrading of new technologies and electronic components has provided an opportunity forproduct innovation and upgrade. In this paper, we designed a kind of integration controlsystem of elevator car roof, with TMS320F2812DSP as the core of system. This system usesCAN bus communication and successfully integrates door motor controller and elevator callercontrol system,which effectively solves the problem of waste on installation space andproduction costs brought by the traditional discrete design.This paper firstly makes mathematical model of PMSM, then analyzes vector controltheory and SVPWM technology, chooses SVPWM vector control method as the base ofPMSM elevator car roof door motor system, at last,uses MATLAB toolbox to simulate andveriyf feasibility of the system. Secondly, the overall design of system is given. As for thehardware design, which includes main circuit,control circuit and special debugging tools,several modules like IPM power circuit, DSPsystems, switching power supply and CANinterface circuit etc. are introduced separately;as for the software part, flowcharts of mainprogram and its subroutine are given. Finally,because the conventional PID control can’tovercome the shortcomings of control parameter self-tuning, we use a kind of single neuronadaptive PI speed regulator to replace the conventional PI speed regulator of the controlsystem and simulate both system with MATLAB. The results show that the single neuronadaptive PI controller has a simple structure, strong self-learning and adaptive ability,and itscontrol performance is superior to the conventional PI controller.
