In this article, through questionnaire and interview methods, understanding the application of well-known medical literature classifications in the actual work and study, such as familiarity of them, the kinds of them, satisfaction with them, the attention on the Websites or digitalization of them from the public. overviewing the categories system structure of famous comprehensive literature classifications and professional medical classification, so is the process from printed ones gradually to the networked; then by investigation on editing management and maintenance, application scope, the frequency of updates, Web column setup, usage method, online edition characteristic, this article compares domestic and international medical literature classification; in addition, this article put forward some considerable suggestions on our own medical literature classifications for reference, including establishing long-term management mechanism; improving the frequency of revising them to guarantee vitality of medical literature classifications; setting up communication channels; revision based on network characteristics; enhancing influence.In conclusion, through research on some famous medical literature classifications networked, this article did some primary exploration in hope that could provide useful information for further research.
