Study About The Safeguard System Of The Science And Technology Literature Information Resource

With the rapid development of network, the reliability of the science and technology literature information and the intellectual property rights protection has become increasingly exposed. This paper is focus on the problem of the reliability and the intellectual property rights in the construction of the science and technology literature information resources, and proposed related measures on the basis of the analysis of the influence on the reliability and IPR. This article is made of four parts:The first part is the summaries of the science and technology literature information. The intent of this part is to introduce the definition, the characteristic, and the function of the science and technology information, and introduce the necessity of construction and present situation about our country's science and technology literature information resource construction. The second part is the outline part of the construction safeguards system of the science and technical literature information resource. This part mainly introduced the concept, the goal, the function and the significance about the construction safeguard system of the science and technology literature information resource; the third part and the fourth part are the key parts of this paper. The third part is the research of reliability of construction of the science and technology literature information. The fourth part is the research of the question involved intellectual property rights .In these two part, the paper proposed the corresponding solution measures from technology and the legal.
