China is a rich country in mineral resources, and it is also few types of countries which have many kinds mineral resources and a higher degree of self-sufficiency in minerals resources. With the vigorous development of economy, the need for mineral industry and its related industries is increasing. In the rapid development of the mining industry, while mine safety problems and accidents come to emerge. The degree of automatic production in China is low, so that it causes frequent accidents. Large equipment such as mining machine, mining hydraulic support cannot get its trajectory information in a complex environment which cause the device still needs manual intervention to complete automation in mining work, so we urgently need new technology to transform this situation.With the Internet of Things, Cognitive Radio(CR), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) technology development, we have a new idea to transform the current situation. Therefore, this thesis can solve the technological difficulty which the moving objects cannot monitor its trajectory in complex situations, we design a new type of intelligent wireless node data collection system model, the system of intelligent wireless node can capture real-time data acquisition trajectories of objects in the complex environment, and through the wireless transmission mode to send the collected data to the sink node. This system own a strong data processing ability which contribution to the OMAP-L138, in the wireless transmission, we use the new model which include a RF transceiver chip and a power amplifier chip makes the signal transmission longer distance. Because our system uses wireless sensor nodes to achieve real-time monitoring, so that our system has the advantages of low power consumption, low cost, small volume and so on. Considering the rapid development of Internet of things in recent years, the sensor nodes with different functions are increasing fast, so we make the sensor nodes more intelligent, intelligent sensor node must be the future development trend of Internet of things. In summary, there is an important theoretical and practical significance in the field of monitoring track moving object in the system.The main works of this thesis are:Firstly, according to the function, hardware and software requirements, we design the overall scheme of the system, the structure of the system mainly include the sink node and data collection sensor nodes; Secondly, we design the hardware and the software portion of the sensor nodes, including selected sensor chip, the emission chip, the antenna and the external circuit components, and designed each chip’s schematic diagram and interface circuitry, and finally completed the PCB board; Thirdly, we design the system communication protocol which based on system network characteristic and fully consider the practicality, expansibility, high efficiency communication.
