Traditionally real laboratory couldn’t have met the requirements of teaching practice in many universities, as for universities in the western region, it is the most outstanding, because of the development and continuous reform of higher education. In the education field, education informatization gets high attention with the development of internet, web technology, multimedia technology and computer technology, virtual laboratory based on network technology has come into being. Virtual laboratory has gotten wide attention and research at home and abroad, and has made great achievements in many fields. The application of network virtual laboratory has an important meaning, it is an important mean of education informatization in our country, and it is a significant way for teaching resource to realize configuration optimizing and sharing, especially, it has more major significance for western region with deficient education resource.This paper launches research work in the light of digital circuit virtual laboratory. At present, many domestic and foreign research institutions have made a large amount of research achievements in digital circuit virtual laboratory. According to teaching need, through summarizing current virtual laboratory’s characteristics and the existing problem which includes that application threshold is much higher, function improving and maintenance are more difficult, the check function of circuit errors is unperfect and the system help is not comprehensive, this paper puts forward and designs a digital circuit virtual laboratory which caters to future development trend of virtual experiment technology. The system which enables a person express wisdom, knowledge and skills freely is a new virtual experiment internet mode based on web2.0, which fulfills to save, open and check to circuit, and owns cross-platform, full interactivity, easy expansion, zero installation, zero maintenance and other innovative features.Through the analysis to the relevant material, the paper adopts Flash Builder software as system developing platform, Flash Builder is developed by the Adobe company. According to structure characteristics of digital circuit and work principle of logic components, the system achieves interface design with MXML language, fulfills virtual components design and functional design of experimental platform based on object-oriented programming ideas of ActionScript3.0language, achieves user management of experiment system combined with web2.0technology and integrated XAMPP software, and achieves system’s network structure design by using B/S model.This paper realizes the targets of research subject, the system can be put into practical teaching, according to continuous test and operation. Using the system will can save resource for higher education, enhance student’s abilities of professional knowledge’s learning and research, and improve teaching quality. Finally, it will promote the development of education informationization in China.
