Research On Construction Scheme Of Municipal Power Transmission Line Management System

Power transmission network is the energy delivery center in the whole power system, and transmission line is the most important infrastructure which affects the entire power transmission network, its operation influences the reliable operation of the power system directly, is related to wether the power users can use high quality electrical energy. Thus, improving the management of transmission line is very important.In this paper, the construction scheme of the municipal transmission line management system was studied. Firstly, the domestic and overseas research situation of transmission line management and transmission line and its management system development theory basis were expounded. Secondly, based on the guidelines and goal of the transmission line management system construction, the status and problems of line management department were discussed, the system requirement analysis was carried out, business process of the transmission line management was analyzed in detail, related business flow chart were drawn. And then, the technology and management principle, and the system network application mode of the overall design of the transmission line management system were put forward, of the principle, the whole function structure and modularization of the system was designed, and the key parts of the system were designed in detail, including equipment identifier code design, database concept design, data table design, and system security design. Finally, based on the explicit implementation planning goal of transmission line management system, system implementation strategies were put forward, the implementation stages of the system was divided, the project schedule was written, and the comprehensive evaluation system was built by using analytical hierarchy process method.The implementation of this system will make the work of power transmission department access to streamline, scientific, automation and standardization rail gradually, and improve the management level and production efficiency. At the same time, it provides basis for the line inspection and maintenance and, the application prospect is considerable.
