The demands of power industry informationliztions are as follows: using modernized computer management to develop and utilize the information resources of the enterprises, set up the management information system, change the traditional management mode, and improve the management level. According to this situation, research and develop the management information system for big enterprise has great practical importance.Based on the experience of years in the grid production management, combined the author of the thesis proposed a feasible functional demand at first; then expounded the management analysis results of circuit management , system management , circulating management , overhaul management , user management etc, and designed the DeXing Copper Mining Company circuit management information system which including circuit management, circulating management, overhaul management, user management. Then discussed the design idea of the selected title and the software, hardware structure and the network layout, concisely explained the functions of the system, enumerated some part of the datasheet structure and the realization method of the modules, and the thesis discussed the system safety strategy and enacted the safety insurance method 。Based on the analysis of the existed switching sequence expert system, a new switching sequence expert system is developed by the Object-Oriented programming and the theory of the expert system. Based on the construction of the device class model, main connection drawing of substation and the inference engine of the switching sequence are realized by VC++ 6.0 development tool. A kind means of knowledge representation combining the produce style representation and the Object-Oriented representation is proposed in the paper, which promotes the efficiency of rule search and reduce the workload of the maintenance. In the realization of the inference engine, the message-driving are preferred。The DeXing Copper Mining Company circuit management system (DM1S) which based on the design of this thesis has got satisfactory result.
