The traditional transmission line inspection management still requires people to do all frontline work,wasting manpower,material and financial resources,which urgently needed rectification.In order to solve staff redundancy,improve work efficiency,save money and time,and further upgrade and optimize the transmission line inspection management mode,Shandong Radio and Television Company decides to design and implement a network transmission inspection management system to achieve marking informatization management of department personnel,inspection plans,-marking management and cutover construction,to make the best efforts to actively transform to a provider with full-service integrated network and information service.The design and implementation of the transmission line inspection management system of Shandong Radio and TV Network Company is based on Browser/Server(B/S structure)service architecture.And the system adopts an object-oriented high-level programming language,Java,combines with JSP that based on Java technology,and uses B/S application development tools.The technical architecture of the system adopts MVC framework and struts+spring+hibemate integration framework.Because of better functions,SQL Server 2014 is selected as the database to storage system data.The system has realized six businesses,including basic information management,inspection management,marking management,cutover management,fault management and line relocation and change management.Basic information management business includes nine functions of department management,inspector management,inspection equipment management,inspection line management,inspection line segment management,inspecting maintenance group management,commission maintenance units management,inspection sites management,and personnel management of inspection units.Inspection management business includes eleven functions of annual inspection plan,monthly inspection plan,inspection plan of single week,self-made inspection plan,inspection plan approval,approval rate of plan,plan inspection rate,detailed report of inspection,detailed report of missing inspection,plan summary report and monitoring of inspection process.Marking management business mainly include three functions of marking point management,marking management and marking statistics.Cutover management business includes cutover ground application management,cutover approval management,cutover construction management,and cutover archiving management.Fault management business includes two functions of hidden trouble handling and obstacle handling.Line relocation and change management business includes eight functions of repair application,survey and verification,construction preparation,construction commission,construction information,acceptance inspection of repair,archive of repair,and query statistics management.The development and implementation of the transmission line inspection management system of Shandong Radio and TV Network Company can provide users with efficient and convenient mobile computing mode of business,improve the efficiency of transmission line inspection management,and save the company's manpower,material resources and financial resources,which making the company's business to be diversification and informatization and enhancing the competitiveness of the company in similar markets.
