At present, many tower manufacturers to introduce more advanced CNC machinetools in the international arena, automatic production lines and other equipment, itsproduction capacity, efficiency, scientific, have been greatly improved. However,despite these advanced equipment to some extent, can serve to enhance the corecompetitiveness of enterprises, but many companies on the tower production processesand data management, still use the traditional way, making the enterprise’s productioncapacity and market competition can not achieve a qualitative leap.Problems in the Tower in the production process, the use of information technologyand means to improve it, effectively improve the overall productivity of the enterpriseand enhance its core competitiveness. Tower production enterprise business processanalysis, to receive the entire production process is divided into design drawings, partsprocessing, quality testing and other areas, these links the problems are analyzed,pointing out that the main problems, including lower level of materials managementinformation, query retrieval inefficient; cutting the lack of relevant scientific algorithmssupport, low utilization of raw materials; process card production and low degree ofautomation, waste a lot of manpower and time; all the data in the production processdoes not implement computer processing, there is a big problem in storage andcomputing; between the various departments in the enterprise information resourcessharing, separates the integrity of the tower production, serious affect the efficiency ofproduction.To solve the above problem, the introduction of advanced enterprise resourcemanagement theory and technology, optimization and transformation of the entirebusiness process of the tower manufacturers, and use of information technology, andbuild a set of material as the core functions to the optimization of tower tower integratedproduction management platform. The platform is divided into three functional modules,these modules to the effective management of production of the tower, the data andresource sharing between the various business units of the enterprise, improve theproductivity of the enterprise. Demand integration platform, on the basis of needsanalysis to determine the architecture of the platform; analyzed in detail and designcapabilities of the platform, and finally the use of the programming language to achievespecific functions of the integrated platform. Focus on the material in the optimizationalgorithms and software implementation.Tower production enterprise integration platform to optimize the material as thecore, the main problem in the Tower in the production process, through the sharing ofinformation resources and the overall consideration of the production process, furtherenhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
