With development of economic and people’s living standards improving, people’sdemand for leather products is also growing, and therefore improve the quality andefficiency of the leather cutting processing technology, can promote the developmentof leather products industry. Sample clipping path optimization is an important part ofleather cutting processing, can effectively improve the processing efficiency and theutilization of leather. Studying of the samples clipping path optimization techniquesby analyzing the theoretical and simulating on the computer.This paper describes the background and the significance of the research, andintroduces research status of CNC leather cutting technology, and puts forward themain contents of this thesis.Sample cutting path is composed of the effective processing stroke and thenon-cutting stroke. The total effective cutting stroke is certain; the non-cutting strokeis composed of the starting position of cutting and the order of traversal sampleprofile.Samples cutting path optimization can be attributed to the generalized travelingsalesman problem, this paper introduces the intelligent algorithm to optimize thesample cutting path. Simulated annealing algorithm can find the global optimalsolution quickly, but it hard to find it exactly. So we introduce another intelligentalgorithm-ant colony algorithm, and describe the rationale of the algorithm and howto improve it. Ant colony algorithm lack initial pheromone, so we put forward a newalgorithm combining ant colony algorithm with simulated annealing algorithm. Firstusing simulated annealing algorithm to generate an optimum path and generates theinitial pheromone on the path, and then using ant colony algorithm to find an exactsolution.Through theoretical analysis and experimental simulation,proved that theperformance of the algorithm have been improved.
