The development of logistics and warehousing has been driven by the development of e-commerce.However,due to the unequal information resources and the blocked information transmission,the business enterprises can not find the storage suppliers that can be rented.Similarly,due to the lack of information sharing mechanism,storage suppliers can not find businesses.For the problem of cloud warehouse distribution,there is a problem that the distribution of cloud warehouse is too dense,resulting in more overlapping of its service coverage.In addition,the business enterprise also lacks the specialized storage location optimization strategy,which leads to the low efficiency of the storage and the poor stability of the shelves.When considering the stability of the shelf,the current research mainly focuses on the center of gravity of the shelf,but the lack of considering the storage space of the shelf may lead to more vacancy positions,resulting in the center of gravity shift,which can not meet the requirements of the stability of the shelf.Therefore,a cloud warehouse management platform based on the integration of resources will be designed and implemented in this paper,integrating the resources of business enterprises and storage suppliers,providing reliable information sharing mechanism for both parties,optimizing the allocation of storage resources and location resources,reducing logistics costs,and improving the efficiency of logistics distribution.The specific works are as follows:(1)The characteristics and functions of cloud warehouse mode based on resource integration will be expounded in this paper,studying the service framework and relevant roles of cloud warehouse from the perspective of service,analyzing the business process of cloud warehouse and operation,and comparing the advantages and disadvantages with existing cloud warehouse mode from a quantitative perspective by using AHP.(2)When multiple cloud warehouses are selected by business enterprise,aiming at the problem that the distribution of cloud warehouses selected by the business enterprise is too dense,resulting in the overlapping of its service coverage.Two kinds of optimized tabu search algorithm and genetic algorithm are designed to solve the model by establishing the distribution and optimization model of cloud warehouses,and the convergence,optimal solution and distribution of cloud warehouses are compared with the existing algorithms.The experimental results show that tabu search algorithm is superior to genetic algorithm and has strong global search ability.(3)In the planning of the location layout of business enterprises,aiming at the problem that the stability of the shelf cannot be accurately measured by the center of gravity factor due to the uneven distribution of goods on the shelf,aiming at the efficiency and stability of the storage in and out of the shelf,a location allocation and optimization model is established.When considering the stability factor of the shelf,the upper and lower stability and left-right balance of the shelf are proposed.Differential evolution algorithm and genetic algorithm are designed to solve the model,and compared with the existing algorithm in terms of convergence,optimal solution and shelf stability.The experimental results show that the differential evolution algorithm has good performance,and verify the correctness of shelf stability factors.(4)Based on the above research on cloud warehouse allocation optimization and location optimization,the system architecture,functional modules and database of cloud warehouse management platform are analyzed and designed in detail,and the relevant functions of the system are tested.The cloud warehouse platform management system is implemented,and its core function modules are analyzed and demonstrated,and the above related research is verified in the cloud warehouse optimization management module.
