Based on the platform of NE T, using C#language and SQL Server2005database storage technology, through the d esign of object-oriented idea about the Civil Affairs Department of the interior of the maintenance and management of equipment research and development. By studying t he fault equipment for repairing recording, tracking and management of the norms an d procedures, using computer technology for users to build on the IT maintenance ma nagement mode of the operating system, improve management efficiency, further to th e management of economy. System platform includes the accounting management, pro cess management, integrated management, system management, file management modul e, wherein the process management and accounting management is the core part of the system. According to the system needs to use the SWFUpload uploa d software, and the software design custom new upload mode, make the system opera tion more convenient and smooth.This paper firstly analyzes the current IT management system of the status quo a nd countermeasures, and site management of intelligent management, introduces the implementation of equipment maintenance management process. Based on the existing software development and information system construction, combined with IT operati on and maintenance experience, user needs and the advanced IT management and ser vice concepts, design and development based on IT operation and maintenance of equ ipment maintenance management system, the system has simple operation, friendly int erface, to provide users with the Civil Administration Department equipment maintena nce management and information tracking and other functions, can also according to the actual needs of users for real-time information query, and system testing, this syst em designed to meet the needs of users and design requirements. At the same time, this thesis summarizes the work, pointed out the next research direction.
