Equipment wireless monitoring system, based on the combination ofembedded products and wireless communication technology, is used to obtainall kinds of running parameters of the remote device, in order to realize thecharge of dispersed remote equipment. At present, in view of the traditionalcable monitoring mode existing defects of wiring trouble and untimelytransmission, wireless monitoring system has rapid development and wideadhibition without these defects. And the industry professionals from homeand abroad in this study have making a lot of progress in this field at present.This topic does an in-depth discussion and research on the wireless signaltransmission and network structural form. It gives a reasonable solution to getall kinds of process parameters needed in the equipment monitoring and formscomplete wireless surveillance system. And it can be the solid foundation ofcompound parameters monitoring with multi-object target. The system hasmany functions such as data acquisition, wireless intranet transmission, datadisplay, warning and reporting, in the meantime their network has multipleadvantages such as flexible structure, without structured cabling, fusing a variety of communications backbone, low power consumption, and self repair.So it is particularly applicable to existing buildings and facilities.Firstly, this text does the research on the overall framework of the devicewireless monitoring and control system, and gives reasonable solutionsaccording to the project’s specific circumstances. Secondly, it selects thewireless network in this system during ISA100, WirelessHART and ZigBeewhich are widely used, and makes differences between these three wirelessprotocols. Thirdly, it builds wireless network in the system and selects thesurvey points, and does the research on ISA100and WirelessHART networkstandard respectively. Finally, the PC software is designed and the realizationof system functions is introduced. Through testing and run, all aspects of thesystem achieves our expectation effect, and it is proved that the system hasgood scalability through further tests.
