Temperature parameter is a very important data in industrial and agricultural production, as well as scientific research. Especially, it is more important in grain storage, greenhouses, sheds and other environmental measurement and control. The traditional measurement methods are mainly manual collection and the wired communications. The former is a simple measurement that the data is discontinuous and the timeliness is poor. The latter is inflexibility which adapts to limited environment. With the rapid development of electronic technology and information communication, the traditional data collection methods have seriously restricted the development of the modern monitoring system. So environmental parameters monitoring system based on wireless transmission technology is imperative.Therefore, this paper has used technology about wireless monitoring system at home and abroad for inference to study the temperature monitoring system based on wireless sensor network (Wireless sensor networks-WSN). We mainly analyze the data acquisition system and wireless sensor technology research status and development trends, and clarify the significance of this study. Based on the defects of the traditional sensor monitoring system and the special requirements of the data acquisition system, and the architecture of the wireless sensor networks, the general overview of the system and design requirements are carried out, which determine the main research contents of the paper. Then analyze the temperature monitoring system from three aspects.Firstly, make a more detailed elaboration for the wireless sensor node design, master controller and the function of each module. It consists of a sensor node selected on the basis of the main control chip, wireless module, temperature sensor, each module peripheral circuit design, the hardware circuit design of wireless receiving end for wireless sensor node, and introduces the process of development and debugging of software system for sensor node.Secondly, the wireless sensor network is composed of a plurality of nodes connected by communication protocol. The energy of a single node is limited, so the primary goal of the design of the sensor network communication protocol is energy-saving and longer system life. We firstly analyze the representative Low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) algorithm. The fact that the randomness of LEACH may result in faster death of some nodes and shorten the system lifetime, so a multi-hops clustering routing protocol based on residual energy and node degree is presented. We participate in threshold in LEACH in order to choose the node which has higher energy and higher node degree as the cluster head, and adapt cluster heads multi-hops routing transmission mechanism. The simulation results show that the improved protocol can effectively save energy and improve the network efficiency. Finally, describes the method of monitoring of structures under linux terminal software platform in order to obtain real-time wireless sensor network collected data, and design a visualization terminal monitoring interface based on the Qt Designer monitoring software.
