The enterprise publication is a basic platform for establishing and expressing the corporate culture, a flexible link that communicate between the corporate and its internal staff, a strong bridge between the coiporate and its external customers, and a whole stage of its own image. As a practitioner of the culture, public relations, brands and management of a corporate, he can create immeasurable intangible value for the company; become the drive power of resource and factors in the new growth economy. From the dynamic point of the view, the paper clarify fully the definition, characteristics and functions of the thesis to propose a more potential inner of the enterprise publication, and to illustrate the possibilities and strategies of it.The introduction outlines briefly the research background, meaning, purpose and methods in the introduction part, through listing the current research at home and abroad highlights the necessity and the trend of the study on. The body contains four chapters, the first chapter shows a more realistic understanding by writing the system concept, forms and the situation of the domestic and foreign. The second analyses three parts including the uniqueness, functions and influence factors of the publication which focus on the significance and value of the enterprise publications. The core content of this paper has the third and the fourth chapter. They explain clearly the process of its value realization and the new way of the innovation. Among of two, the third discusses how to realize the readability of publication itself. The publication has the natural depth social humanity and directive, which can improve the quality of its original by operating the communication practice successfully. The fourth watch new resources about the publication and prompt people to explore further the new core resources of the enterprise and its publication. Background with positive thinking, and some of the domestic and foreign case analysis, from which can be prompted us more in-depth mining some of the core resources and new resources in enterprises and enterprise publications. It spreads positively to build a fresh brand of the publication. In conclusion, it transfers the future development and direction to four inner qualities of the publication in every company.The enterprise publication has important significances for the enterprise development. To realize the influence and to high up the brand of the enterprise publications, it’s not only the question, but also the best way to practice and go on research smoothly. Its potential value and meanings which make it promote. So, the related departments should pay serious attention to the enterprise publications of the scientific guidance and strong support.
