With the high speed development of economy, The competition between the enterprises from the quality of the goods, the cost of supply to management of supply chain, The role of the supply chain in the market become more important. The role of the supply chain in the market more and can not be ignored RFID depending on the outstanding advantages as the emerging recognition technology supply chain, satisfy the present market on supply chain transparent, intensive management and enterprise alliance the cooperation between the new demand. As the information technology research and development of the hot spots, based on electronic tags derivative of the information service of the respective application is considered as the21century most promising application technology and one of important industry.This paper in view of demand of the modern enterprise in complex and open-loop environment, and in reference to the EPCglobal standards proposed based on the basis of the system, improve and expand EPC information service especially the public service, and the same time, research and propose the public service platform of the internet of things’ information that need a Chinese enterprise, called logistics tracking system, logistics tracking system proposed in this paper has a prominent advantage in heterogeneous data sharing and integration, single product information tracking and exchange, and the network load balance.Firstly, the paper research the standard of EPCglobal infrastructure systematicly, of which mainly analyzes the three core service proposed by EPCglobal, which include EPC information service, object named service and EPC discovery service. Then design a three layers framework based on SOA platform, which include data acquisition layer, the public service layer and application service layer.Secondly, in this paper, the logistics tracking system architecture in various levels of detailed design and development. In the enterprise data layer, the subject to EPC information service for the prototype design of a supplier information service, logistics business information service and vendors information service, and to their core function module development are discussed, in public service layer, this paper mainly discusses the EPC found service of design and development, it is to realize the logistics information tracking and key technology of the back. This topic in the research object a name service and EPC found service on the basis of the prototype system, put forward the object a name service and EPC found services the way of the combination of the single product information to realize dynamic tracking and back, and through the Web service realize large-scale data interaction.Finally, Based on the key technology of design and development, to the enterprise information service and logistics service core module integration, and test and analysis, testing results show that the proposed logistics tracking system in the heterogeneous data sharing and integration, single product information tracking and information exchange has outstanding advantages in back.
