The essence of data mining is found in a great deal of data and complex process of law, thus the data mining can be applied in every field of life and work. As a current discipline the scientific theory of increasingly perfect, the need to apply these theories to real life to produce effective social and economic value. Based on data mining in two key areas of medical diagnosis and the application of Internet of things as the breakthrough point, through the use of data mining technology to solve specific problems.Cancer is a rather stubborn disease in the history of human disease; in China it takes away the lives of millions of people every year. But if it can be in the presence of the early detection of cancer, its completely cure rate can reach60%or more. The existence of the early detection of cancer, or how in early diagnosis of cancer is very important. In this paper, the main work is the early diagnosis of cancer data mining process flow chart is given, and the cancer decision module of the algorithm in detail.
