The Internet of Thing refers to a kind of network which can connect any articles and the Internet by the sensor devices, and exchange information in order to realize intelligent identification, location, tracking, monitoring and management. It can apply the Internet to infrastructure and services by the sensor devices and has broad prospects. Although the Internet of Things in industrial development and application development field has made some progress in our nation, a series of bottlenecks and constraints still lie in the development of China’s Internet of Things.In recent years, along with the development of cloud computing and cyber physical system, the traditional equipment monitoring and the model of data storage is not suitable for the development of our society, the datacenter using the technology of cyber physical system can provide enterprises with related industry resources information, production monitoring, unified management, data sorting, remote control, remote fault analysis and other technical support, which is beneficial to construct smart city and Optimize industrial structure.With the background of the upgrading of the structure of manufacturing industry in shunde district, the essay is aimed at constructing IOT operation support platforms and management systems. Based on the concept of IOT datacenter, it analyses the requirements of the shared database center, and puts forward the concept and main framework and the organizational structure of the IOT data center. The datacenter provides user operation and management interface based on Web Service, it includes the operation platform and application platform. Operation and maintenance platform is mainly to the management of the resources of the system, it covers the configuration management,failover management, performance management, security management, accounting management, node management, the network topology management and business management etc. Application platform is a kind of open and universal information integration platform which provides integration of application and heterogeneous data for enterprise, proving data reports and implementation services of data analysis and data mining by using the collecting data. Combining operation platform with application platform, The data center reaches the aim of manufacturing information resource sharing. At the same time, through the function of vertical、interactive remote node information monitoring、locating abnormal information and sharing data pipes, we can effectively improve the utilization rate of equipment、service quality and work efficiency.According to heterogeneous network conditions in the course of information acquisition, using the Web Service and SOAP technology, information could be collected between cross-platform, such as the wireless sensor network, the3G network, GPRS, Ethernet, etc. And taking full account of the large number of requests to servers, we adopt certain innovative designs, such as message forwarding middleware, data storage clusters, application server clusters and so on, which largely insure the stability, efficiency and security. it puts forward the load balancing algorithm, and makes the simulation testing and result comparing, the experiment shows the feasibility and the validity of this improved method.Finally, an example shows a very broad application prospects which using data center in the battery remote monitoring and controlling system.
