1990s Microsoft had put forward the concepts of IOT, but Subject to CPUtechnology, people neglect the concept of the Internet of things. With the rapiddevelopment of science and technology, People gradually pay attention to thetechnology of the Internet of things,and see that as a fly again after the rapiddevelopment of of Internet technology, At the same time, the technology of theInternet of things will change the way in the aspects of our lives with the own power.The influence of IOT will be beyond the Internet and becomes a new generation oftechnology revolution.This paper presents a design method of the data access unit base on IOT in thebackground of sensing platform for Internet of things. The data access unit provide atwo-way interface between the upper device and the underlying device node andprovide networking function to underlying device node,at the same time, the dataaccess unit can be connected to the server via GPRS module to receive and send datafrom server. The main access way includeing LAN port, GS1011M wireless accessmodule,GPRS module, RS232and RS485serial ports. These modules greatlyimproves the versatility and coverage of the data access unit.This paper made a thorough study by the application of the data access unit withIOT in the project of river level monitoring. First,the data access unit need toincorporated sensor into the network topology of the whole system,then,the sensorwhich is set into the system network, upload the data to server via the data access unit.This completes the process of the monitored of creek water quality and quantity.We need to consider the interference between the different the data access unitsto the creek project application or other scenarios.This paper introduces the powercontrol method base on concession mechanism of the data access unit. This methodcan guarantee a certain level of packet loss rate under the certain degree, and has theadvantages of simple implementation, low complexity,benfit to engineeringconstruction,This model can better provide theoretical guidance in the future forpower control and coverage studies of the data access unit.
