Nowadays, with the deepening of the reform of the tobacco industry, tobacco management of the entire process into buying and selling decisions (planning, implementation, execution and supervision)(control) four links. And each stage all the time continue to input large amount of economic information, plus the local force of science and technology is backward, make numerous provincial, Municipal Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, the original enterprise management system deficiencies is prominent day by day. In order to adapt to the new business philosophy and management in the future work, around the City Tobacco Monopoly Bureau to increase network construction work, focusing on the construction of network information system, including the construction of internal network covering the whole city scope of the industry, sales management, sales, office automation system.In this paper, which involves the management of information systems (Management Information System, MIS) relates to the enterprise’s marketing, sales visit, distribution and monopoly in four major areas, and the logistics links successfully linked up. This paper from a tobacco companies MIS system the requirements analysis, system framework design and the later operation, are discussed in detail. This paper also introduces the limits management, sales visit management, license management, bill management and other related function modules, and eventually build a suitable for the tobacco companies’s management software. The software has been tested, finally to improve the efficiency of enterprises, to promote the overall development of the company’s purpose. This software is a practical software, it can not only reduce the cost of enterprise, reduces the work cycle, and can satisfy the needs of users demand. |
