Meanwhile, the system also lays a solid data foundation for executives of hotel groups to realize the transformation from the tactic management to the strategic management.The paper first elaborates on the evolvement process of various demands of all sub-systems and affiliated modules of the management system for budget chain hotels, which provides a basis for the demand analysis of the whole system and the system design. In the design plan, the management system for budget chain hotels is divided into two modules, respectively hotel management system and group management system. The paper also presents such contents in detail as how to segment the whole system into various modules, several levels of software, interface ports and structure design of data base.Designing and operation of the management system is based on.NET framework and B/S software frame with the development platform of SQL Server2008R2data base and ASP.NET and C#language being used. The system is featured with powerful functions, simple deployment, being convenient for upgrading and low cost for maintenance. It can fully satisfy the requirement of budget chain hotels for its operation and management system.Finally, the paper also briefly discusses the operation situation of the system after it was put into practice. It gives a detailed analysis of problems having popped out in its operation and puts forward corresponding solutions and improvement plans. In addition, the paper also discusses the future expansion trend of the system in terms of the business mode.
