Design And Implementation Of Membership Card Management Information System For Chain Hotel

With the rapid development of information technology,management information systems in the enterprise more and more widely.It is of great practical significance to develop a management information system that meets the characteristics and needs of enterprises and provides a personalized management model.With the hotel opened more and more,how to attract more customers,improve market competitiveness is an urgent need to solve the hotel problem.Membership card management system is a successful marketing model,its main advantage is able to attract and cultivate a stable of customers,while customer loyalty and satisfaction of enterprises is also an important competitive advantage.By analyzing the specific needs,combined with personalized customer management features of the hotel industry,the detailed function point,design and implement a hotel membership card management information system based on C/S Mode.The system uses the mature C/S architecture to SQLServer database for the background,VB client development tool for development.This paper focuses conducted database design,interface design,such as the login window,the application's main window,menus,etc.,and the design and implementation of key functional modules,including basic information management module,operating the project management module,the basic query management module other modules(management authority,making membership card)four functional modules.In this paper,the main function of the relevant test results indicate that the system can meet the basic needs of members of management.The HMI harmonious,easy to operate,easy to use,has a certain practicality,scientific and effective management of the hotel membership card,can effectively promote the hotel business next step will be made to improve and perfect for each aspect.
