The Study Of Zhengzhou Mobile Wireless Network Optimization Problem Based On The Subscriber Perception

With the continuous development of mobile communication technology, network scale and the subscriber number are expanding, and the mobile network quality and the subscriber perception already are the main point mobile operator paying attention to. The city planning and construction、radio environmental change、subscriber increase、resource shortage and so on have generate a lot of pressure to the high quality operation of mobile communication network, at the same time, some new network problems that make serious influence on the subscriber perception and network quality have appeared. Among these problems,"malicious call"、"interference instrument" and "black repeater" have particularly prominent influence on network quality and subscriber perception. It is urgent to optimize and solve these two problems.This paper is the study of analysis and solution of Zhengzhou mobile new wireless network optimization problems based on the subscriber perception, and the exploration of methods and thoughts of network optimization innovation. Through the optimization methods of testing and investigating、data analyzing、scheme implementing and results tracking, the new network problems of "malicious call"、"interference instrument" and "black repeater" have been solved achieving good results. At the same time, in the optimization work in the new situation, we must take innovative methods and thoughts to improve work efficiency and promote network quality and subscriber perception. Only in this way, it is possible to maintain a leading edge in fierce market competition today. For this purpose, in the practice of Zhengzhou network optimization, through the innovation work, we achieve the efficient management of C_SCHEME measurement in BSC, and we research and implement the platform of "network complaints information management system ", and we open and apply network new feature-enhanced dynamic SDCCH、 extend CCCH and coordination paging. Through a series of optimization work, the Zhengzhou mobile wireless network quality and subscriber perception have been improved effectively.
