With the rapid evolution and wide application of information technologies,the construction of electronic government has become a national development strategy with great importance.After years of development,the domestic e-government has been improved greatly,more and more government departments have joined the rank of the e-government filed.In order to improve the complaints office more effectively, play the complaints office's action of monitoring in the construction of the country completely and timely,it is necessary for us to empolder a Complaints Information Management System,which is safe,reliable,easy to use,easy to manage and maintain.This system is the management information center of complaints office's job.The Complaints Information Management System is based on the internet resources.It can provide an on-line complaints and inquiries platform for people, unblock the complaints channel,and provide multi-directional complaints services for people.In order to achieve this goal,this article analysis and design on the Complaints Information Management System,and based on.NET technology, research and carry out of the following aspects:(1) The author researched and analyzed the specific complaints procedures, designed the complaints procedures integrate with the actual situation,put forward a standardized model for the Complaints Information Management System.This model is based on.NET platform,empoldered by using Web technology,used multi-server architecture,and carded out the resource sharing by using Web Service.It provides a platform for the government complaints department to popularize the complaints knowledge and to access the complaints case online.(2) The author designed and carried out the Complaints Information Management System which is based on B/S.It provided an avenue for the complaints online,the storage of complaints resources and users' resources borrowing.The users can access the system anytime and anywhere won't be restricted by the customer client,this will improve the utilization of the system.(3) The authority management system which is based on RBAC and imports group concept is convenient for the expansion of the system.It also can ensure the system security.(4) Combined with the speciality of the system,author designed the database tables and the interface that integration with other platforms in the future.(5) The author tested the system on interface,functionality,compatibility and performance,modified the codes according to the testing result,and optimized the system.
