With the rapid development of China’s telecommunication industry, mobile phoneusers are increasing rapidly and a large number of repeater devices have been used.Accompanied by the construction and development of mobile communication networks inrecent years, more and more problems emerge: there are too many manufacturers whoproduce devices of different categories and types, which lead to difficulties in management.These urge the telecom operators to be increasingly concerned about the development ofrepeater network management platform.In this paper, we design and implement the repeater network management platform,which is based on J2EE and MVC pattern. This platform is a distributed and multi-levelone with strong scalability.It adopts B/S architecture and realizes the three layer loosecoupling MVC design by providing simple API through the Spring framework. It alsoachieves the underlying purpose of mutually independent, so that the code decoupling andto achieve pattern. Hibernate provides support for encapsulation of JDBC objects and datapersistence.The advantages of this repeater network management platform is as follows:(1)It enriches the network administration functions, which enables the network tocarry more business;(2)It improves the user friendliness of network system, which makes the managementmore convenient;(3)It improves the network security, and lower the maintenance costs;(4)It increases the network capacity;(5)It improves the compatibility, which makes the network management systemcompatible with various equipment of different categories, types and manufacturers.In this network management system, we adopts B/S architecture and overcome manyshortages of C/S architecture based ones. The simulation data shows capacity, quality andbusiness ability of the network management system are significantly improved; this network management system is compatible with various business platforms in the telecomindustry.
