Analysis And Design Of Exchange Data Management System For Mobile Commuication Network

Exchange data is a general speaking for all kinds of the configure files used in the mobile communications equipments, refers to those subscriber application data, system data and parameters undertake the function of the call setup and features enable used in the same signaling continuation, telephone channels continue, business application etc. Exchange data is the basic data to ensure the communication equipments and the network run safety and smoothly. It is the nervous system of the communication network. It is the foundation of the income of the company and users billing. It is the important part of network operation and maintenance. So we have to ensure the exchange data correct and standardize in the communications equipments.Along with the rapid development of communication industry, CMCC developed very rapid over the years, its large user scale and continuously rich business application, brings the huge pressure for CMCC operations management. In order to alleviate the pressure to improve management, CMCC started to commonly use various business and operation support system in the daily work. Network management system, as an important part of operation supporting system, mainly includes the operation and maintenance, integrated warning, resource management, performance indicators system and etc. Exchange data management system also belongs to the network management system, is used in all types of standard unified management of the exchange data, the verification and production of the large workload, high standard degree of GT data and called number data administration data, it can reduce the maintenance workload, reduce human link leads to the exchange data error, and improve the exchange data management quality. In this paper, aiming at the demand of the above requirements, the author analysis and designs the exchange data management system.In this paper,the author takes a systematic feasibility analysis and needs analysis with the exchange data management system, then sort out the requirements for the standard data and configuration data management, the verification and generation of the exchange data, the Timing scheduling and log management etc, list the details for every requirements. Based on those requirements, the author draw the architecture model for the exchange data management system and describe the Modular design for the main function module in this system, list examples for functional processes.Currently the exchange data management system has been put into operation, and completed the data generation, verification and promoted the use of related people. The application of the system, improving the efficiency of the exchange data management greatly, and reduce the workload of network operation and maintenance, to protect the correctness and normative of the exchange data.
