The Design And Implementation Of Integrated Alarm Management System In Network Operations Center Of Jiangxi

As owning the core network of switch, transmission, IP and CDMA, Jiangxi NOC has various network management systems. For example, the huge alarms, the shortage of correlation analysis of alarms, the influence of service, being unable to put emphasis on the service of VIP customers.It's necessary that Jiangxi NOC will research the integrated alarm management system. The real-time data acquisition and centralized appear of alarms of equipment in ip network,switch network, transmission network,mobile network,power network, would been realized. Correlation analysis and display of the alarms of equipment nodes, port and circuit will realize through the association of resource management system, auto operation and maintenance system,auto work orders system, customer relationship management system.It will become possible that distributing work orders automaticly or artificially. And it will provide the statistical analysis of network operation quality.In this situation of full competition, we must gain the ability of operation and supporting, which adapts to new environment.The integrated alarm management system in accordance with China Telecom Operation Support System's specification has been developed.
