Office Automation (OA) is an important link in the enterprise management system.lt is significant for improving the enterprise management level and work efficiency. Tianjin Electronic Instrument Laboratory mainly engaged in electronic product test, therefore, it should not only have the general office automation function, such as:schedule management, bulletin management, attendance management, but also need to have the functions of test process management.This paper, on base of documents and investigation, describes the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements in detail. The system functional requirements include the test management, standard management, equipment management, bulletin information, schedule management, attendance management. The non-functional requirements include authority management and test process management. On this basis, the system architecture and database for overall design, focuses on the the database table design method, which related to core system functions. According to the background of the lab and the network condition, on base of the B/S structure model and NET framework, using the key technologys of ASP.NET, C#and ADO.NET,the system core function module has been designed and realized. Finally, emphasize the database security requirements, description of the database backup and connection string encryption design method, which is in this system.The office system of this lab has the special functional requirements, such as test process management. The key is whether these special management right show through programming. This paper has made advancement.
