With the rapid development of telecommunications networks, in particular the rapid development of mobile communication network, the construction of telecommunica-tions networks become increasingly large and complex, whitch leads a great challenge to the maintenance of the mobile business. With the continuously competitive market, it is urgent to build an intelligent automated self-monitoring platform to supervising and analyzing the performance.This article is based on the network status of China Mobile Communications Group and difficulties and problems encountered by the the first-line maintenance. After researching and analysis of current mainstream mobile communication network structure and network structure of China Mobile Group Beijing Company including GSM, GPRS, Intelligent Network, and Coloring Ring Back Tone, the article design and implement a independently monitoring and statistic system of core network, whitch achieve operating status check before and after the upgrade to the appropriate network and hardware information-gathering function. This system could not only supervise the charging bill transmission and the storage space, but also collect the equipment operating status equipment and hardware fault. Meanwhile, it achieves a timely reporting through sound and light of device alarm information. The system improves greatly the maintenance efficiency, and enhances the timeliness and accuracy of network operation and maintenance, providing better support and protection for the network.
