Indoor distribution system is the extension of mobile communication wireless network in the building, it is an effective means to improve the depth of coverage, absorb indoor mobile network traffic and improve communication quality.The purpose of this study is to:(1) Through the indoor distribution, the mobile communication signal shielding in the buildings can be eliminated, weak coverage area can be improved, network quality can be improved, network capacity can be expanded;(2) Through the indoor distribution, the problem of pilot pollution and signal interference in high building can be solved. By enhancing the indoor distribution system, it can improve the user awareness and the network core competitive ability. The significance of this paper is that based on the WCDMA indoor distribution system, we can use the different characteristics of indoor distribution scheme for building targeted coverage, lay a foundation for the indoor distribution planning and design in future, it can improve network quality and enhance clients perception on the network effectively.In this paper studying, empirical research and theoretical study is used; the system method, SWOT analysis and some of the data statistics method also is used.This paper describes the basic concept of indoor distribution system, analysis the indoor distribution system’s important meaning for solving signal coverage, network capacity and the signal quality in mobile network planning and optimization. Point out principles and train of thought in indoor distribution system planning and design. At present, repeating investments are serious in many networks construction, difficult for construction, it is a difficult problem for network builder to solve a variety of network sharing indoor coverage unified. The existing coaxial cable transmission of indoor distribution solution, due to the transmission loss of the signal in different frequency differently, it is difficult to meet a variety of wireless communication network access platform requirements; At the same time, it has large transmission loss of signal in the indoor distribution system, this lead to power source with large power, high power RF signal of distribution system in the transmission has many issues, such as large electromagnetic radiation, large user terminal transmitting power, difficult in investment control and coordination. In view of the above problems in indoor distribution system, an advanced technology-Remote micro power indoor distribution system is especially presented. Compare with the existing coaxial transmission indoor distribution system, micro power indoor distribution system has good flexibility, advanced technology, superior performance; it plays a positive role in promoting the technical progress of indoor distribution system.Through analyzed planning and design of indoor distribution system of Qinghai branch of China Unicom comprehensively, the article makes a full range of paper for how to manage and how to carry out the planning and adjustment in indoor distribution planning and design. On basis of above, this paper analysis’s and discusses the implementation of indoor distribution planning and design carefully.Through building brand after years and eight years of indoor distribution construction experience, The author believes that Qinghai branch of China Unicom according to their own situation to turn around, takes the opportunity to select WO strategy, taking into account other strategy, Prompt perfect indoor distribution design, constructs Boutique network in the important3G data service scene, promote the development of3G business. Since the target execution needs a certain period, the indoor distribution planning and design of Qinghai branch of China Unicom must be noticed in the course of gradual, systematic gradually from the current state to the goal. In the prophase, continue to maintain advantages of the original planning design, in the new project to start, the process to update the design integration can be done again. Business development can bring continuous development and progress of the planning and design, this is the starting point and goal of this paper.
