With the continuous development of the wireless communicationtechnology, how to ensure indoor wireless signals keeps troubling sometelecom operators. This is because on one hand, the indoor environmentfor arranging wires is becoming increasingly complex, thus making thewire arrangements difficult; on the other hand, the co-existence of themulti-network systems requires more of the previous indoor distributionconstruction.Take Shanghai Mobile in2013for example. About10,000complaints of the indoor communication network every month areshowing the world that the previous indoor covering system is not able tokeep up with the change of the wireless environment in Shanghai.Therefore, an innovative indoor signal accessing technology should befound to meet the clients’ needs for indoor communication. Throughapplying IB-WAS to Shanghai Mobile indoor covering system, not onlycan various requirements of wireless communication network be met, butthe difficulties in designing can be reduced effectively and the systemstability can be improved. Therefore, this technology is an ideal means ofcompletely covering the network blind spot and dealing with the telephone traffic.By assessing IB-WAS’s safety and applicability in the networkstructure, this paper ensures the feasibility of the actual application ofIB-WAS in the indoor settings. By comparing the features of IB-WASwith those of the traditional indoor covering system, the former’sadvantages in cost, covering, capacity and quality is shown. In themeantime, after analyzing the shared features of Shanghai Mobilenetwork covering blind spot and the indoor wireless network coveringenvironment of the telephone traffic, Pengpu Residential Quarter and theShanghai Mobile business office on Hongqiao Road are chosen as theapplying cases. Having tested the four advantages mentioned abovethrough real cases, this paper is written to provide some ideas forreference on further managing the covering blind spot and sharingtelephone traffic.
