Universities in our country are performing a profound social change，and thechange gives universities the most convenient condition to use social resources，whichbring more difficulty to universities to manage campus well．Because more and moreinformation management systems applied，things become more and more complex，and these things need to be storage and dispose．If the old manual management is stillwork,these systems can’t cooperate each other,and the campus business can’t bedisposed effectively, so，this can’t meet the demand of the change．The emergence ofCampus Cards System can resolve these problems． To construct Campus CardsSystem，it must resolve two problems，the first one is the security,and the other is thearchitecture．Campus card is an important part of digitalization campus building andinfrastructure, for digital campus offers a comprehensive range of data collectionnetwork platform.This paper combines Campus Cards System of Jishou universityactual situation proposed the campus RFID (radio frequency identification) based ondigital campus smart card system throughout the design ideas and constructionscheme, combining Jishou university of campus card system construction, this articlemainly discusses2.4G RFID-SIM card technology in the realization of the campuswith application。Jishou university campus card is2.4G frequency RFID-SIM cardtechnology as the core, give play to the campus network advantage, businesscommunications more intelligent, school management more flexible, traditionalcampus card network, realized one inside card bearing multiple campus relevantapplication security,And to achieve business controllable, tube, can billing, canmaintain. Based on RFID-SIM card technology of campus card realization, users canbe directly on cellphones inquires the last ten pens records of consumption, solve thetraditional card consumption "opaque" problem，Meanwhile, through the campus cardidentification function, solved the school attendance and library borrowing booksmanagement problems, to achieve a truly "one card in hand, throughout the campus".In this paper, the scheme of any university has universality of “campus cardsystem based on RFID technology” has certain practical and reference.
