Radio frequency identification(RFID)technology is a technology that uses electromagnetic signals to identify specific targets automatically and communicate with it.The RFID radio terminal identifies,selects the tag automatically,and stores the data and user information stored in the tag by sending a radio signal to the tag.Tags using RFID technology have the advantages of fast read and write data,easy portability,and high rewriting times.Therefore,the technology has become more and more widely used in the field of automation control.However,with the continuous update of cracking technology,the security of RFID technology has become more and more prominent.Therefore,the research and improvement of RFID tag system security technology have important significance in actual production and life.Compared with traditional logic encryption cards,CPU cards equipped with COS systems have more powerful data storaging and processing functions and can integrate corresponding software and hardware modules according to actual project requirements,so their safety levels and reliability are improved significantly,and they are used more and more extensively.The research of this paper is based on the RFID tag system constructed by the non-contact CPU card,and demonstrates and improves the security of the tag system.The tag system can be applied to anti-counterfeit seals,financial transactions,identification of military sites,etc.These areas require a high level of security.In order to achieve the above objectives,in the design of the interface device,we design an embedded system with STM32F103 as the microprocessor and ARM-Cotex-M3 as the kernel.The embedded system is based on the u C/OS-II operating system.We can create and read tag files by programming the interface device.At the same time,we developed the chip COS system and design the user data deposited in the form of the file.Through the optimization of the file structure in the COS system,the purpose of secure storage of data is achieved.In addition to the most basic data reading and writing,the main functions of the COS system include the initialization and anti-collision operation between the tag and the read/write device,the establishment of the file system,and the management of the key system.In addition,in order to improve the security of data transmission in the channel,this article designed an improved data transmission mode based on the mode control string,users can configure different transmission modes according to their own needs,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing data transmission security.And use the on-chip integrated random number generator and SM4 encryption module for hybrid encryption,to generate the transmission key of the transaction and complete the system's two-way authentication.The above design can effectively improve the security of data transmission and encryption.Finally,the COS system was tested by using the read-write equipment and PC software to verify the improved results of the above design.The design and research results of this thesis have good reference value for embedded software design,and have a good reference for the development of smart card software system.
