RFID, the abbreviation for Radio Frequency Identification, is a contactless automatic identification and data capture technology, that utilizes radio frequency signals and spatial coupling (inductive or electromagnetic coupling) transfer characteristics, to automatically recognize static or moving targets, and access target information data efficiently. The identification process needs no human intervention, and it can work in a variety of adverse environments. Compared with other means of identification, the RFID technology possesses a variety of advantages, such as easier operation, longer life span, data encryption in tag, huge storage capacity and changeable stored information, etc.RFID electronic documents are also called radio-frequency identical cards, such as the 2nd Generation ID cards, bus cards, access cards etc. They have gradually entered our life. Because of this, the security of RFID electronic documents has attracted people's attention. In the 24th Chaos Communication Congress, the German scholar Henryk Plotz and the PhD applicant Karsten Nohl in the University of Virginia showed ways of cracking the series of Mifare Classic RFID e-documents of NXP, and some of the Nobl's finding was confirmed later, which made people increasingly worried about the security of electrical documents. In accordance with the principle that the security of sensitive parts must be ensured by core technology of proprietary intellectual property rights, the project starts from the analysis of the demand for RFID application system, puts forward a kind of electronic documents RFID security system architecture and designs and implements RFID systems the key security issue of-password management system, which solves the security threats in password generation, storage, distribution and the whole process and ensures the safety of RFID application of electronic documents. In this paper, the key technology of the RFID system and its security features is studied in-depth based on the following work:1, the systemic requirements for Password Management System, the core of security for electronic document based on RFID, is analyzed with special focus. The system functional requirements, interface requirements, system resource requirements, system operational requirements and technical performance indicators are clarified. Requirements analysis is the basis for project development, and also the key factor of determining success or failure of the project.Secondly, according to the systemic requirements, the outline design and detailed design for the password management system are made. Design objectives and fundamental principles are set, the systemic architecture is password, the overall system functions and the division of sub-system functions are clarified, the system interface is defined, and the systematic business process, software process and system security are designed. Designing is an important part of project development and also decides whether the project meets systematic needs and is feasible or not.Thirdly, based on the system design, the functional implementation and coding for the registration control subsystem and password distribution subsystem are made. Password management system is logically divided into registration control subsystem, password generation subsystem, and password distribution subsystem. Each subsystem separately undertakes different tasks, and performs different functions. Meanwhile, each subsystem consists of two terminals. The function of system software will be realized through subsystems, and the system software code will be achieved through the unit of respective terminal software.Fourth, separate tests of each subsystem and the overall system have proved that RFID-based electronic document management system and its terminal software design and development have reached all the performance standards, and the system is stable and reliable.
