The function of signal transmitter circuit is to change the non-electrical quantity signal which sensors gather to digital signal and then send into the microprocessor for processing. The optimization of this circuit is directly related to the intelligent sensor system measuring accuracy and stability of other important aspects. The input and the output of the traditional transmitting instrument are analog signal and the structure are simple, the function is unitary, which can only carry on the recuperation for the specific sensor signal. And at the same time, the traditional transmitting instrument does not have the external communication, which has brought enormously inconvenient for the modernization industrial system’s network and the monitor.This paper analyzes the shortcomings and deficiencies of traditional transmitter, based on commitment to the transmitter work on the development of new intelligent controller, developed a new transmitter FPGA-based intelligent controller.According to industrial application’s actual need as well as the network service development’s function request, this article propose the overall program of the intelligent transmitter control system based on FPGA.Design and implementation the hardware circuit of the system MCU control module, data acquisition module, power control module, data processing module and data communications module.Then combined the FIR Core application environment and simulation environment, propose a design method of low-pass filtering, bandpass filter, integral filter and differential filter. This article described the composition of each module circuit theory and methods and the entire circuit schematic in detail, and produced a printed circuit board.At last, summarize the paper work and some suggestions are posed for future research.
