So far,most railway production schedulings of metallurgical enterprises have achievedby manual operation in China. Although some enterprises have obtained a certain degree ofinformationination,but most of the information systems are scattered and isolated, withincomplete basic information and poor data-shareing. Further improvement of thelogistics’ efficiency is hindered.Since the beginning of the21st century, with the rapiddevelopment of modern computer technology,communications technology and databasetechnology,it is possible for the enterprises to develop and implement their own railwaytransport and production command systems towards the direction of network,digital,intelligent. Therefore,it is necessary to develop and applicate the intelligent andintegrated railway ransportation scheduling information system.Taken the thesis from analysizes raliway intelligent transportation schedulingmanagement processes of the metallurgical enterprises and summarizes thecharacteristics of the scheduling system and its development methods. The datastructure of the railway signaling computer interlocking is described. An advanceroute search algorithm is proposed based on station data structures. In this paper amethod which will not search out error circuitous routeis is discussed,it can quicklydetermine the relative position of the target node Upon receipt of route operationscommand. If the location of the target node can not be the beginning of the end nodesto form a complete approach, the program just search a few nodes which candetermine the error and do not need to search for in the end.The key technologies ofthe plane wireless shunting operating system such as locomotive condition monitoring,locomotives zone speed limit, the wireless operations plan transmission andauto-tracking algorithm processes of logistics are discussed.Based on the related theory and object-oriented technology, the thesis designsmetallurgical enterprises railway traffic control system, including requirementanalysis and the overall design.Finally, it builds a hardware and software test platformand runs some modules as ministerial traffic subsystem station shunting operationmanagement, scheduling command management,the car/spot management,and carnumber recognition.The operating results achieve the design requirements basically.
