In our country, there are tremendous transportation amounts in the fields of the key industries, such as metallurgy, petroleum chemical industry, coal mine, port, dock, etc, and the transportation of the goods mostly depends on the enterprise own railway. Because the work places are a little disorder, and the types of work plans are very complicated in enterprise railway, making plans is still according to manual mode. As a dispatching planner, in despite of abundant experience, is likely to neglect something else, moreover the manual mode is difficult to be a best dispatching project. With the improvement of enterprise railway basic equipment modernization and the increase of railway transportation quantity in our country, realizing the shunting trip plans to be drawn intelligentized is more and more urgent.In order to improve the quality of the shunting trip plans, save resource, increase the efficiency of dispatching, it's most significative to research on realizing the shunting trip plans to be drawn intelligentized in enterprise railway. Under this demand promotion, this paper describes the enterprise railway shunting trip plan intelligent making system model using petri nets, and imports the transition firing reasoning rules, and performs temporal reasoning based on the established model to resolve the common problems of system.The first chapter of this paper researches the development and actuality of the railway plan intelligent making system, and analyzes the existent issues. The second chapter mainly analyzes the enterprise railway plan intelligent making system, introduces the basic concepts of the shunting trip plan and its drawing process. The third chapter introduces the basic theories of petri nets, including the basic concepts, properties and analyzing methods, and using petri nets describes the enterprise railway plan intelligent making system model. The fourth chapter analyzes the intelligent dispatching algorithm based on petri nets model, introduces the theories and technologies of dispatching optimization, and mainly introduces the expert systems, and uses the temporal reasoning algorithm based on petri nets to apply to the enterprise railway plan intelligent making system.
