Using MS SQL Server 2005 database and the relational data model to create a reasonable equipment information database of mine. Using Visual C++ programming language which support object-oriented technology to developed the equipment information management systems of mine with superior performance, which can be achieved not only feature information on equipment management and maintenance, but also information on the layout of underground equipment and working status in real-time management. Finally, the system has been applied with Shangsheerjing mine, and have achieved good effects.
