With the advent of massive industrial production in modern times, facility management followed. Based on many theoretical methods, this paper takes equipment as research objective under the rapid economic development nowadays.Facility management aims to maximize the service time cost and efficiency of facility by implementing technologies and reducing expenses etc. so as to prolong the service time and promote the efficiency of equipment. Modern facility management refers to the classification and identification of property rights as well as the optimization and reasonable allocation of facility from the aspects of management technology,economic activity, organization structure and integrated management etc. using modern advanced equipment and based on the management practices of modern enterprises and the operation regulations of enterprises. In so doing, the security and completeness of facility assets and the cost-effectiveness of equipment can be fundamentally ensured, which is the material basis for the production and development of enterprises. Drilling operates mainly through drilling facilities, thus the standard management of drilling facilities is the requirement for the normal operation of drilling. The standard management of drilling facilities has gradually change from a concept to a reality, and has transited from coarse management to a more scientific and refined management. Characterized by modernization,informatization and efficiency, modern drilling facility management information system is welcomed and built by an increasing number of petroleum drilling enterprises.Based on the background of the research topic, this paper firstly illustrates the relevant technologies applied in the development of the facility management information system such as NET, B/S mode and SQL Server etc. A specific requirement analysis is conducted and a corresponding system is designed and implemented.First, an ERP mode is built in accordance with the current situations of facility management of petrochemical enterprise, the development direction of facility management is specified and the information model of system is built in this paper.Second, different numerical values in the structure are handled by using Dataset between XML and ADO NTE as different parameters in the middleware. Last, takethe cost management methods of other enterprises as references in line with the service time of the most advance facility. In this way, the expense of facility can be proofread and the credibility of the proofreading of enterprise production cost, which is beneficial for implementing correct operational means. The coding of facility and spare parts are standardized in the system and corresponding solutions are put forward to help enterprises manage facility in a comprehensive and information-based way. The rational use of this system is of great significance whether in terms of the facility management of enterprises or the market competitiveness of enterprises.
