| With the rise and riping of the network technology, court’s E-government ofCAPF(China Armed Police Forces) has been developed rapidly in recent years; court’sE-government construction at every level begins to start too. The E-government isimproving court’s working efficiency, implement law affair disclose, advanceconstruction of a clean forces, improve administration of justice serve, advancedemocratic process, etc.First, this thesis introduce the meaning, basic content, main research contents of thisthesis and the development of E-government, and has pointed out the meaning in which thistext studies and research approach. Analyze the basic work content of count of Sichuanarmed police forces and need of judgement, give the feasibility of technology, which are allbased on forces affair work management system of Sichuan armed police forces count.Thentechnology and operation frame based on J2EE conjunction with electron-govement waspresented. Introduce the analysis of frame structure of the system and the desigment process,giving the graph of system structure and database desigment method. Count E-governmentfaced to public is based on B/S three structure,which are realized through J2EE technologywith Structs andHibernate, which can enhance the development efficiency. According to thecharacter of count work, and different need of different user, auto e-government OA facedinner count is based on C/S and B/S, which are combined in order to satisfy this need. Inreal use, this e-government OA system is of excellent maintainability and expansibility,which booste the efficiency and quality of service.Finally, realize the e-govement OA system of count of Sichuan armed police forcesunder Elicpse and analyze the advantagement and disadvantagement of this system, give theresearch direction in the future. |
