In the CAPF's(CAPF,Chinese People's Armed Police Force) logistics construction,the logistic base afford how to acquire the troops'information rapidly and accomplish the logistic task with great efficiency and speed.Nowadays, along with the fast growth of the information technology, it is high time to design and carry out a platform of storage management of the military logistics that combines the advanced management idea the mature information technology and the optimized work strategy.RFID, which stands for radio frequency identification is known as a contactless automatic identification technique using radio waves to record media literacy. RFID is the hottest technology in automatic identification field. The military logistics innovation puts forward higher request to adapt the advanced pattern of the information management, consequently, achieve the transfers of information in time, the automatic accomplishing of the logistic task and the rationalization of the work process. As a new automatic identification method, RFID can enormously increase the easiness and efficiency of the automatic management of the physical distribution system in military logistics. It is of great importance to do the research of how to make good use of the advantage of RFID in military logistics.Based on a thorough research on the characteristics of the management of the CAPF's logistic base storage system, we introduce the technology of RFID in detail and discuss how to combine it with each process of the storage resource management. By using UML to model the requirements, taking advantage of the idea of design pattern and the method of object oriented development, exploiting .NET framework and Oracle database technology, we design and implement a storage resource management system which is suitable for the logistic construction of CAPF. According to apply several design patterns in user interface, business logic level and database access layer, it has been greatly improved on the reusability, scalability and maintainability. It makes full use of RFID's advantages, which is applied to the storage resource management of CAPF's logistic base. It increase the information accuracy of storage management as well as the automation, effectively improves the indemnity ability of CAPF's logistic.
