With the developing of network technology, kinds of connection technologybetween materials and the Internet also arise, and RFID (RFID) is one of the relativelymature of which and have unlimited potential of the recognition technology, this kind oftechnology using wireless realize the wireless data communication, materialautomatically identify and target acquisition material information. Because of thistechnology has inestimable advantage, is currently in the industrial, commercial,agriculture, military, police and application fields, with the falling prices of technologyproduct, the applying range of is also becoming more and more widely.The controlling of gun has been more and more strict now, especially for the armyand the police station is particularly important, this paper is use the advancedtechnology into the police station of gun management, and design and develop thepublic security bureau of Zhongshan police patrol detachment intelligent gunsmanagement system, and its realization for this unit to improve the management level ofpolice guns to have the important meaning. Especially in the realization of the system ofthe process, in order to avoid information collision, the traditional binary searchalgorithm was improved, and use a stored procedure compile the SQL statement tomake the system’s performance and speed gets great improvement.In this thesis, I describe the problem mainly from the following several aspects:First, based on the analysis of the infomation system management at home andabroad,the paper states the necessarity and realistic significance of the gunmanagement system which is based on the RFID technology.Second, the paper elaborates the core technology used by the new systm,and thenfocuses on the introduction of the software structure, RFID work principles andsoftware development and design pattern—MVC.Third, according to the results of the investigation and analysis for the systemperformance, this paper uses data flow charts to define the functions of the new system,and then complete its demand analysis. Fourth, with the help of the MVC design pattern, this paper defines details of thesystem, including module structure, databases, system security strategy and interfacestyle.Fifth, in my workplace, we used electronic labels with RFID technology,high-speed network communication system and high-performance server. Besides thehardware, in software, we use an efficient database management system, anti collisiontechnology scheme and the stored procedure. With this specific situation in theworkplace, the paper demonstrates that the system reaches advanced levels.
