Abnormal production line control system is manufacturing execution system (MES) in an important subsystem. Quality control module as an integral part of impact on corporate profits. Therefore, the development and use of this sub-system for manufacturing enterprises, has an important significance.In this paper, the current manufacturing enterprise status of quality control management based on the research and analysis, and spirit to improve code reusability and maintainability principles, combined with the study of technology design patterns, design patterns is proposed based on abnormal production line control system solutions. This work mainly in the following three aspects:(1) With the current status of manufacturing enterprises, to conduct a detailed needs and feasibility analysis. Production line in accordance with the specific needs of exception handling system, the system is divided into several sub-modules for detailed requirements modeling.(2) In the full grasp of user needs, based on the modeling of user functions designed for the needs of enterprise software architecture. Then according to the needs of different levels of modeling, for each level of features and functional requirements, the introduction of the appropriate design patterns specific to the system development process. In the database access layer in the application of a simple abstract factory pattern to meet the business logic needs access to the data source. In the business logic in the application of Singleton, Observer and Bridge and other design patterns to meet the system's functional requirements. In the application of the Facade pattern presentation layer, business logic in a uniform layer to interact with that interface.(3) Design the application example, the appropriate design patterns used in the production line control system abnormalities; greatly enhance the system reusability, reducing the coupling of functional modules, to enhance the applicability of the system, scalability and portability.
