With the health care system more fully involved in the content, and computer and information technology management role in all walks of life and increasing the health care system and how to combine information technology management is a problem worthy of study. Before drug administration system only for the number of drugs involved, inventory, sales records, etc., but with the medicines management in the growing importance of the health system, in many cases the need for drug procurement, sales, management processes to extract and other drugs for unified and scientific planning, and ensure that drugs meet the health care system daily supply. Therefore, if the need for comprehensive drug management of various processes, the traditional drug management system is simply unable to meet.Drug information management system for this function is generated. In order to achieve the management of pharmaceutical processes, systems need to achieve the following.First, create a B/S-mode operational interactive drug information management platform for hospitals involved in the process of drugs and drug administration departments to coordinate the daily work of a more standardized platform.Second, provide a forum for policy-makers of drugs based on data from procurement to sales to meet the hospital’s daily operations.Third, to meet the multiple users simultaneously, using the spring transaction management technology, processes simultaneously on the same transaction, to prevent conflicts from arising. And through the transaction management, to achieve the same user on multiple processes simultaneously, and save the modified function temporarily. In this paper, the following aspects of the system is analyzed:the first chapter of various drugs on the management of the foreign situation analysis; second chapter describes the system implementation of related technologies; third chapter analyzes the feasibility of the system; Chapter software engineering by means of the analysis system and overall system design; fifth chapter describes the system implementation and testing. Raised by the above sections is not only reasonable solution of these problems, while using J2EE technology to achieve a new type of drug management system. Ultimately resolved by the above problems and requirements, and improve the existing system with integrated functions, so that it can meet the daily supply of hospital medicine.
