Medicine is closely related to people’s life. Along with the improvement of people’s living standards and rapid economic development, people are more and more concerned about medicine quality and safety considerations. All these have been constantly increasing regulation to the medicine supervision and administration.The Drug supervision and Administration Bureau was founded in 2000. It was established with an intention to meet the increasing requirements and pubic needs for medicine supervision and administration. The initial of the JE22 also responses the central government’s proposal in regards to further promoting medical and health system regulation act. It clearly states to set up the platform of the sharing of medical information system, promotes the building of medical information database.I have been taking part in the entire research and development process of the project, and participating in the project needs analysis and key module design and implementation work. In this paper, based on this background, I have combined with my work experience and the specific research and development process; described the specific design and implementation of the drug regulatory system, attempted to clarify the planning and construction process.The main body of this paper includes three parts. In part one, it expounds the background of drug regulatory system research and the research status at home and abroad; combines the current existing problems, puts forward the system research content and organizational structure. On the basis of the waterfall model of software development, analyzes the system design background, through the research, thinks the main function points includes basic data management, administrative licensing examination and approval administration and daily supervision and inspection management; Describes the function use cases and system key business processes; Analyzes the JDBC technology, J2EE technology and UI component technology;The second part combines with the actual situation of the unit management, using the distributed architecture based on J2EE 1.5 standard design, and B/S three layer structure, designs the system overall architecture, technical architecture and network architecture; Based on the user and the system requirement analysis, the system function is divided into basic data management module, examination and approval of the administrative licensing module, and daily supervision and inspection module, designs the class diagram and sequence diagram; Combining with the module function, designs the system database entity attributes and data tables;Thirdly, based on the system requirements analysis and system design, focusing on administrative licensing examination and approval administration module and daily supervision and inspection management module, carries on the concrete implementation, describes the implementation process and implementation code, illustrates the system interface; Finally, analyzes the test methods, tests the functional and performance; Test results show that the system functions can meet user requirements and system requirements, achieve the intended target.Currently this system has entered the stage of practical operation. The system application improves the management efficiency, optimizes the business processes, reduces the staff working pressure, reduces the management cost, and has a certain popularization value. In the later work and study, I will continually conduct study and research, especially page beautification, page compatibility and data transmission.
