For many years, excessive mining resources led to the problems of much of theland was destroyed and the contradiction of population deepened, so the department ofland and resources need to work urgently on moderate rational mining, land reclamationand land moved. Based on this situation, the Xuzhou city bureau of land and resourcesputs forward a subject about mines integration. As one of the mining land movedmanagement issues, this paper used GIS, GPS, RS(referred to3s). And this studyestablished the mining land moved management information system.In the system development, through the literature review and material, clear theresearch content, make technical route, the analysis of the system requirements based onthe modeling technology, database technology, the component technology, usingobject-oriented method for the system design. The modeling use unified modelinglanguage (UML)and graphical CASE tool Rational Rose to establish the system model.The hierarchical and distributed database classification organization structure, graphicslibrary and property database through the system to provide the structures realize innerconnection. To ArcEngine for graphic platform, ArcSDE for spatial data engine, Oraclefor database platform, VC++as a development tool, realized based on GIS the miningarea of land management information system moved the framework design, systemfunction structure design, system security design, etc. The system based on B/S and C/Ssystem structure mode, and realize data conversion and graphics, land mineralinformation management, mining, early warning and forecast for analysis, the village ofsubsidence moved move trailers, to kind of analysis, decision support, systemmaintenance and system function.The system testing normal and has been manage and test the operation of coalmine area, collapse scope, land moved, mineral reserves, subsidence analysis andcross-border warning, strengthening the orderly moved management of mineralresources and land the, and promoting the economic development of the circulation ofthe mines.
