University Students' Employment Management System Design And Implementation

In recent years, the total number of graduates are sharply glowing, especially in anincrease of non-local graduates, whereas the amount of recruitment information fromthese enterprises multiply.Thereby, the old management system of graduate employmentis far from meeting the demand in job-hunting among graduates at present. To resolvethis contradiction, in line with employment rules of graduates in our university, I designand produce an management system of graduate employment according to the actualsituation.Based on practical need, the system uses J2EE platform, database, SQL Server2000, server-side deployment in Windows2000Serve on top. The whole system isbased on B/S architecture implemented for the system users, they only need a smoothnetwork and a browser to access the system. Designed system is divided into: the client,the middle service layer, object-oriented data persistence layer and back-end relationaldatabase system (RDB). Client applications are in Java JSP (Java Server Pages)technology, in line with Web2.0standards. Middle-tier object-oriented design,inheritance, interfaces, business logic encapsulated in this layer, thus completing theobject of unified management, business logic processing, transaction processing.System functions are include student information management, resumes management,job search engine, job folders, job applications, online contracts, the unit informationcenter, faculty professional introduction, talent search engine, personnel folders,graduate management, management of the employer, contract management,employment counseling management, recruitment management, corporate imageadvertising, short-mail management. According to the different function module systemgeneral divided into three modules for the student management information module, theemploying unit management information module and system management informationmodule. In order to use and management convenient, each module contains under thecorresponding management functions. At the same time in the establishment of databasedata report when fully consider and all departments and schools of data exchange, andensure the data exchange do not produce data format when large difference and unable to import or export data.After several modifications and test， The current career employmentmanagement system has been up and running smoothly，System has reached its targetfunction, can effectively solve the existing problems such as: students signed a contractfile management, employment data statistics, level2college students’ information audit,recruitment information confidential, establish the employing unit information database,etc. Although the system development has a way against, but in the future perfect or willcontinue to keep pace with The Times, more human more convenient safer improve thesystem performance, Hope this thesis to the university informatization development hascertain research value...
