Enterprises need to deal with the massive logistic information. An effective logistic information management plays an important role in cost control, and improves the efficiency of inventory storage, and improves the customer service also. Logistics information management system (LIS) is the necessary part of enterprise logistics which keep the whole system running effectively.In this paper, author introduced the construction of a logistics information system, and analyzed the operation, function and application of logistics. Then, this paper presents the data- structure and components of the logistics information system. Furthermore, this paper studies the J2EE MVC architecture and Web2. 0 technology, and implemented a Logistics Information System based on J2EE and Web2. 0. The study aims to provide the feature of easy to expand, and afforded improving user experience and effectively information push service.The purpose of this system is to unify the management of inbound,outbound and inventory. Control the performance of orders and current stock so that merchandise received conforms to orders demands, and over-stocks are avoided.
